“With 22 years experience at El Rancho Christian Holiday Park in Waikanae, I have experienced all aspects of caring for and maintaining buildings and property. In my last eight years as Director I developed an overarching understanding of planned property maintenance and project management.
I developed Kapiti Property Services in 2008 and continue to enjoy offering a wide range of services looking after people’s homes and properties on the Kapiti Coast.
